The business
Baffi Shop is a dog and cat boutique in Milan’s historic centre that has become a reference point for pet owners. The store is conceived as a service hub where grooming, accessory retail, wash and dry services coexist within a compact footprint.
Fit-out
Located on the ground floor of a historic building near Carrobbio, the interior is organised into two main areas. The larger front space, facing the street, is dedicated to grooming and features a large glazed “box” that allows customers to watch the service in action. This choice increases transparency and creates a strong visual attractor from outside.
Around this central volume, light-wood arched wall linings integrate product display and the checkout area, keeping the store clear, readable and easy to navigate.
Storefront window and signage design
Particular attention was given to visibility from the narrow historic-centre street. The intervention included a new shop window and custom illuminated signage developed to support street presence and brand recognition.
